The first step to make lithium battery recycling safer

In the process of lithium battery recycling, safety always comes first. Used lithium batteries often still have residual power. If they are directly crushed, 

they are very likely to cause short circuits or even fires. The battery discharger is the key equipment to solve this hidden danger.

It safely releases the residual power in the battery by connecting to a resistive load or a low-voltage system, and monitors the temperature, voltage and

 other conditions in real time to ensure that the processing process is stable and controllable. The equipment is equipped with a closed discharge cabin,

 ventilation and emergency power-off systems, which can ensure safety even when facing a large number of battery treatments.

In March this year, a team of leaders from a battery recycling company in Germany came to our factory and focused on the structure and processing speed 

of the discharge system. During the trial operation, they highly praised the automatic identification of battery status and emergency protection functions

 of the equipment, and signed a purchase contract on the spot. Now the equipment has been running stably in other factories, providing a solid "first line 

of defense" for the entire recycling line.
